HNSC 4290 - Food, Nutrition and Health Policies
Principles and applications of policies, regulations and legislation in the areas of food and health that address nutrition and health problems of populations. Prerequisites: HNSC 2000 (or the former HMEC 2000 or the former HMEC 2050) (D) and HNSC 2130 (D).
