HNSC 1200 - Food: Facts and Fallacies. This course is delivered remotely. It uses an asynchronous course design. Lectures will be recorded. Your computer or device, and Internet connection must meet the UM minimum requirements found here https://centre.cc.umanitoba.ca/wp-content/uploads/2020/04/Student-Connectivity-Recommendations.pdf. These are required for all Fall 2020 classes. Students will require the Respondus Lockdown browser (https://www.respondus.com/lockdown/download.php?id=896914579). There are two term tests which will be written online on UM Learn using Respondus Lockdown broswer. The dates of these term tests will be available in the Course Syllabus. The final exam will also require Respondus Lockdown browser, and will be scheduled by the University within the fall final exam period.
