(Lab required) Geomatics in civil engineering, map-making, map-reading, computerized maps; leveling; distance measurement angles, directions, traverses; coordinate geometry; electronic survey instruments; global positioning system; geographic information systems; digital photogrammetric methods and data; aspects of route surveying. Not to be held with CIVL 2820. Pre or Co-requisite: MATH 1210, Co-requisite: CIVL 2830.
