The preparation and presentation of a report based on a survey of the literature or on a laboratory investigation of an approved topic. Application required. Enrolment limited. Not to be held with HNSC 4122 or HNSC 4600. Prerequisites: Students must be registered in their final year of Human Nutritional Sciences program or the Minor in Human Nutrition and Metabolism.
