WOMN 3000 - Interdisciplinary Research in Women's and Gender Studies |
An introduction to the approaches scholars use to challenge the dominant theories of knowledge and the major methodologies used to produce it. The course examines the influence of gender theory and feminism on the research questions we ask, the types of materials we use, and the methods we employ. Students may not hold credit for both WOMN 3000 and the former WOMN 3580. Prerequisite: [a minimum of three credit hours of Women's and Gender Studies courses] or written consent of the Women's and Gender Studies coordinator.
